Our dog Scooby died today. He was not feeling well for a few days. My wife and kids took him to the vet but he did not make it. Everyone is a bit upset and so am I. He was a very happy and active dog. The cats are happy though.
It is as if we have lost a family member :(

sorry to hear about Scooby, is it Doberman? i know how your kids love animals, dogs will show true love on the people who feed them.
Sorry to hear about this. Even my friend was really upset when her dog died. Dogs make really wonderful pets

awww Im sad now...this reminded me of my 2 dogs Ginger and Judy that died long time ago...may Scooby's soul rest in peace. I know how u feel Smiley...it really does feel like we lost a family member. Stay strong.

Sorry to hear about scooby. From gold fish to dogs, pets make us happy and give an equally bad sadness when they leave us... They also teach you when they are alive and in their death - about love and loss.
But the blank space left by one, will soon be filled by some other... I hope.

Sorry to hear about you dog's going away. My aunt has a dog and a cat and i have loved it a lot. Recently, the cat died and although visits to the animal hospital were made, he didn't make it. The dog misses his presence, but still we can't imagine losing him.
Hope you and your family recover soon.
